How are API calls counted?

Each successful API request counts as one call against your monthly limit. Failed requests due to invalid input are not counted against your limit. For bundled plans, requests are counted separately for each service.

What happens if I exceed my monthly limit?

If you exceed your monthly limit, additional API calls will be charged at our overage rates: Basic plans at $0.001-0.01 per call depending on the service, Standard plans at $0.0008-0.005 per call, and Pro plans at $0.0006-0.003 per call. Enterprise plans have flexible overage terms.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Is there a limit to file sizes I can process?

Yes, each plan has specific file size limits. Free plans typically allow 2-5MB files, Basic plans 5-10MB, Standard plans 15-30MB, and Pro plans 30-100MB. These limits are detailed in each plan's features.

Do unused API calls roll over to the next month?

No, unused API calls do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Your request quota is reset at the beginning of each billing period.

Can I upgrade my plan in the middle of a billing cycle?

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle, and your request limits will immediately increase.
